If you are a person who loves being outdoors, then you know how important sunscreen is for your skin. Many a times, you would have heard that applying sunscreen just once in a day is enough to protect your skin from the sun’s harsh rays all day long. However, that is just not the case.

Research has proved that if you just apply sunscreen once for the whole day, its SPF is going to decrease after six to eight hours. If you do believe in applying sunscreen only once in a day, understand that it is only going to help you stay protected for a few hours. To ensure that you are safe from the sun’s rays for the whole, you will have to apply sunscreen more than once.
